Return & Refund Policy

At Borderline Bored, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Opened games, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return shipping responsibility: There are no restocking fees on returns. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
